Partner Recruitment & Onboarding:

Identify, recruit, and contract new implementation and reseller partners experienced in CPM/EPM and ERP. Lead structured onboarding programs to enable partners for success. Enablement & GTM Support:

Train partners on Abacum’s strategies, product value, and technical capabilities. Support technical teams through workshops and documentation. Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary contact, maintain communication, and foster strong relationships. Provide ongoing support and strategic guidance. Joint Business Planning & Performance Tracking:

Co-develop business plans focusing on lead generation, sales targets, and revenue. Monitor and report on partner KPIs. Partner Marketing & Demand Generation:

Collaborate on joint campaigns, events, and strategies. Provide marketing resources and co-marketing opportunities. Cross-Functional Coordination:

Work with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Customer Success teams. Share feedback for continuous improvement. How Success is Measured

Experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliances within SaaS, EPM, or CPM sectors (including CPM sales without partner experience). Success in recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners. Understanding of GTM strategies and enablement best practices. Strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset for tracking and reporting partner performance. Collaborative, entrepreneurial, customer-focused attitude. Experience with consulting or systems integration partners is a plus.
