Employment Litigation Attorney – Cleveland or Akron Roetzel & Andress has an opening in our Employment Services Practice Group, offering a chance to join our esteemed and growing team in Northeast Ohio. The position is based in Cleveland or Akron, supporting clients in Northeast and Central Ohio. Responsibilities

Draft pleadings, manage discovery and conduct depositions. Review and analyze a myriad of legal issues. Provide trial preparation support and contribute to case strategy. Work effectively under deadlines in a changing environment and manage multiple tasks with sound judgment. Maintain and develop relationships with clients and colleagues. Qualifications

2 - 4 years of experience in employment litigation; prior experience in civil rights law, defense of claims involving wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination is highly desirable. Exceptional research and writing skills. Strong work ethic and desire for professional development. Member of the Ohio Bar in good standing. Additional Details

The ideal candidate will have 2 - 4 years of experience in employment litigation, including trial preparation experience.
