Employment Litigation Attorney – Cleveland or Akron Roetzel & Andress has an opening in our Employment Services Practice Group, offering a chance to join our esteemed and growing team in Northeast Ohio. The position is based in Cleveland or Akron, supporting clients in Northeast and Central Ohio.

Our ideal candidate will have 2 - 4 years of experience in employment litigation, including trial preparation experience. Qualifications

2 - 4 years of experience in employment litigation; prior experience in civil rights law, defense of claims involving wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination is highly desirable.

Ability to review and analyze a myriad of legal issues.

Exceptional research and writing skills.

Draft pleadings, manage discovery and conduct depositions.

Strong work ethic and desire for professional development.

Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently while using sound judgment in decision-making.

Ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues.

Member of the Ohio Bar in good standing.
