We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Social Catering Sales Manager to join our team, home to elegant ballroom spaces and unforgettable celebrations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating memorable one-time events—from milestone parties to nonprofit galas—and enjoys working collaboratively across departments to bring each vision to life. Schedule for this position will be Tuesday – Saturday. Responsibilities
Sell and detail social catering events, to include weddings, social events, and community events Manage the full event lifecycle: from initial inquiry to final execution Create and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with precision and clarity Process client payments directly and maintain accurate records Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, including Banquets, Kitchen, Sales, and Operations Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences Maintain strong relationships with nonprofit organizations and community partners Provide on-site support during events as needed, including weekends and evenings, based on the event schedule Qualifications
Prior experience in hotel sales, catering, or event coordination is preferred but not required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences Delphi training preferred but not required
