Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant located in Miami, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, supporting executive staff, communicating effectively, and handling various administrative assistance tasks.
Qualifications
Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
Expense Reports and Executive Support experience
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Previous experience in the marketing or digital marketing industry is a plus
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Spanish is a plus
