Overview

Territory Manager - POUGHKEEPSIE NY DERM2_200452. Lilly is a global healthcare company focused on delivering life-changing medicines and improving patient lives through research, patient care, and community involvement. This position leads account-based selling to health care providers in dermatology and related areas within the territory, with a focus on building relationships, driving adoption of Lilly therapies, and collaborating with cross-functional partners. Responsibilities

BUSINESS OWNERSHIP

— Develops a strong understanding of territory and reimbursement landscape and utilizes appropriate business insights tools to analyze and adapt to business needs. Account Management

— Systematically navigates the evolving healthcare environment to understand accounts and impact key stakeholders to become a trusted partner. SELLING SKILLS / CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

— Dialogue agility; actively listens and adapts to customer prompts throughout the call. Medical Integrity

— Demonstrates learning agility to understand clinical information, our product portfolio, and the therapeutic marketplace; engages with every member of an office or account. Selling Skills

— Promotes the entire product portfolio by planning for and engaging in patient-centered dialogue; uses the selling model to help identify appropriate patients. EXECUTION / RESULTS

— Sales activity; uses business analytic resources to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals while following internal policies and PhRMA code; partner collaboration to create a coordinated customer experience. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. Professional certification or license required to perform this position if required by a specific state. Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not provide sponsorship for work authorization or visas. Two or more years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical) after completing undergraduate degree (or equivalent work experience/graduate degree). Demonstrated business ownership, selling/customer experience, and execution/results skills. Account-based selling experience; ability to identify and engage staff members in accounts. Strong ability to navigate within complex integrated health systems and understanding of specialty pharmacy distribution models. Experience selling injectable/infusion molecules in a complex reimbursement environment. History of collaboration with multiple cross-functional partners; high learning agility, self-motivation, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and influence. Must live within 30 miles of the territory boundary. Additional Information

Full-time employees are eligible for a company bonus and a comprehensive benefits program, including 401(k), health benefits, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, time off, and well-being programs.
