We’ve built the engine—now we need you to pour on the fuel. Responsibilities

Architect and execute high-velocity growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue Identify and scale untapped channels—from paid and outbound to SEO, partnerships, and PLG Build growth loops and conversion funnels that accelerate every stage of the customer journey Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and revops to align strategy and amplify impact Own growth metrics and continuously optimize for performance through rapid testing Spot trends, analyze results, pivot quickly, and double down when you find a winner Qualifications

3+ years in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing at a high-growth SaaS company Deep understanding of SaaS KPIs like CAC, LTV, activation rate, and churn Mastery of growth tools (Optimizely, Unbounce, N8N, Crazy Egg, Hotjar, GA4, Webflow, Mixpanel, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) A/B testing pro with a bias for action—you don’t wait for permission to test bold ideas Leverage AI to move prospects down the funnel Creative thinker and clear communicator—you can sell the vision and ship the work Bonus Points
