Our client is seeking an adaptable and approachable
HR Generalist
to support their manufacturing facilities. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact by ensuring smooth HR operations, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting plant-level engagement in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You’ll play a key role in creating a consistent and welcoming workplace experience across multiple sites.

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly roles, including agency coordination and interviews
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training compliance for new hires
Serve as primary HRIS administrator (Workday, UKG) and maintain accurate personnel records
Support employee relations, investigations, and HR policy guidance
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Field employee benefits questions and assist with issue resolution
Identify opportunities for HR process improvements and implement scalable solutions
What You’ll Need to Be Considered
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in multi-site manufacturing HR environments
Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, UKG)
PHR or SHRM-CP certification (preferred)
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
Strong interpersonal skills and approachable demeanor for plant-floor interaction
