Our client is seeking an adaptable and approachable HR Generalist to support their manufacturing facilities. Compensation

Compensation: $60,000–$90,000, DOE

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly roles, including agency coordination and interviews
  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training compliance for new hires
  • Serve as primary HRIS administrator (Workday, UKG) and maintain accurate personnel records
  • Support employee relations, investigations, and HR policy guidance
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Field employee benefits questions and assist with issue resolution
  • Identify opportunities for HR process improvements and implement scalable solutions

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in multi-site manufacturing HR environments
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, UKG)
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification (preferred)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and approachable demeanor for plant-floor interaction
