Your Opportunity In partnership with the Store Manager, you will be accountable for the overall operational success and performance of the store. Your role will involve leading by example to foster an environment of continuous growth and high standards, with a focus on sales performance, exceptional service quality, customer loyalty, and team development. How You Will Contribute Business Results & Efficiency – 40%
Ensure excellent omnichannel customer service and supervise sales to guarantee customer satisfaction and maintain brand quality standards.
Collaborate with the Store Manager in analyzing indicators and commercial results and defining action plans.
Continuously supervise CRM activities to maximize effectiveness.
Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Support the Store Manager in planning and assigning activities to maximize team efficiency and productivity.
Analyze work quality, service delivery, and proper application of company procedures.
Supervise store stock and align it with sales potential, coordinating with the Merchandising department.
Talent Management & Acquisition – 30%
Define quantitative and qualitative objectives with the Store Manager and ensure achievement through results analysis, periodic verification, and development plans.
Participate in staff meetings to share performance, gather feedback, and define priorities.
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve the best results.
Support onboarding of new hires and coordinate training processes.
Collaborate with the Store Manager and Academy to propose targeted training programs.
Operational Excellence – 30%
Assist in recruitment and promote the Referral program to ensure proper staffing levels.
Coordinate with the Store Manager to manage internal team conflicts with HR guidance.
Contribute to a collaborative, trustworthy company culture.
Maintain store image, order, cleanliness, and professional staff appearance.
Optimize inventory, storage, and product rotation to maximize sales.
Manage all inventory activities and ensure correct handling of omnichannel flows.
Ensure internal procedures are followed and propose corrective training when needed.
Implement security measures for products and monitor surveillance tools.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and sales regulations.
Supervise administrative and accounting operations.
Report relevant store information to the Store Manager and Headquarters.
Uphold Boggi Milano’s brand standards, values, and guidelines.
Who You Are
2+ years of proven experience in a leadership role (e.g., Supervisor) within menswear retail or fashion; menswear knowledge is a must.
Proven ability to work with metrics and KPIs.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing); additional languages a plus.
Strong focus on achieving sales targets and motivating the team.
Ability to train, guide, and support team members to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service.
Ability to set high‑quality service standards and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Comfort working in diverse environments and understanding current fashion trends.
Embodiment and promotion of the brand’s identity, style, and ethos.
Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and omnichannel tools (e.g., click‑and‑collect).
Skill in interpreting sales data and using metrics to identify improvement areas.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Physical ability to lift 35 lb+ and stand for long periods.
Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
Expected travel internationally and domestically.
