Your Opportunity We are looking for a driven and results‑oriented Miami Flagship Store Manager to lead our Brickell Store. In this position, you will oversee all aspects of the store’s operations, develop and inspire a high‑performing team, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will play a key role in meeting sales targets and promoting our brand within the local market. Expected Hire Date

Operations Management

Oversee day‑to‑day store operations to ensure smooth functioning. Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols. Ensure inventory control by monitoring stock levels, replenishing products, and reducing shrinkage. Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams for deliveries and merchandising. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Team Leadership and Management

Assist in recruitment needs, train, develop, and coach the team to enhance individual, collective, and store performance. Set clear goals and expectations aligned with KPIs and business objectives. Foster a positive and motivating work environment to maintain employee morale and reduce turnover. Create and manage shift schedules to ensure appropriate staffing. Financial Performance and Sales Management

Monitor and achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives. Analyze KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, average transaction value) to identify trends and opportunities. Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive growth. Control operational expenses and optimize resource allocation. Customer Service And Experience

Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any escalated complaints or issues. Implement omnichannel strategies (online orders, in‑store pickups) to enhance the customer journey. Build and maintain customer loyalty programs to foster repeat business. Stay updated on customer preferences and market trends to adjust merchandising strategies. Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation

Ensure the store’s layout and displays align with brand standards and seasonal guidelines. Oversee product placement, signage, and promotions to maximize sales. Monitor the cleanliness and upkeep of the store to provide a pleasant shopping environment. Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations. Manage data privacy protocols for customer and employee information. Implement loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Uphold Boggi Milano’s brand standards, values, and guidelines in every aspect of store operations. Who You Are

Have 3+ years of proven experience as a Flagship Store Manager with demonstrated leadership and management skills, within a high premium or luxury industry. Menswear knowledge is a must. Fluent in English (speaking and writing); additional language skills are a plus. Knowledgeable with omnichannel retail strategies and delivering seamless customer experiences. Effective team management skills, ability to delegate responsibilities effectively, and strong organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills and customer centric mindset to maintain high levels of satisfaction and brand reputation. Ability to work effectively in diverse environments. Optimistic and resilient to foster a positive work environment. Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Ability to lift 35 lbs + and stand for long periods of time.
