The Role

We’re seeking an experienced

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

to support our medical team in delivering world-class patient care. This role blends clinical excellence, empathy, and teamwork in a calm, private outpatient setting. You’ll: Assist with

Ketamine Infusions, TMS sessions, and Spravato treatments

. Take vitals, document in the EHR, and support patient monitoring and recovery. Prepare treatment rooms and manage medical supplies. Educate and support patients throughout their care journey. Collaborate closely with providers and care coordinators. Perform a wide variety of administrative work, including but not limited to: scheduling, communicating with prospective patients and patients via phone, email, text, and fax. Collecting payments, assisting with insurance billing, prior authorizations, and more.

What We’re Looking For

Full-time, in-person, Monday through Friday Current CMA (AAMA, RMA, CCMA, or NCMA) certification required. BLS required 1–2+ years clinical experience, preferably in outpatient psychiatry. Experience with

Ketamine, TMS, or Spravato

strongly preferred. Compassionate, detail-oriented, and dependable. Proficient with EHR and basic tech tools.
