Our cutting-edge 5,000 sq. ft. clinic in the Los Angeles Playa District specializes in Ketamine Infusion Therapy, TMS Therapy, and Holistic Psychiatry. As one of the leading Quad A-accredited facilities globally, we have successfully administered over 35,000 treatments with an impressive 83% success rate for patients suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD, and similar conditions. The Role We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our dynamic medical team. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional patient care, fostering a supportive and peaceful outpatient environment. Your Responsibilities: Assist with Ketamine Infusions, TMS sessions, and Spravato treatments. Monitor vital signs, document patient information in the EHR, and support recovery processes. Prepare treatment rooms and maintain supplies effectively. Educate and guide patients throughout their treatment journey. Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and care coordinators. Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling, patient communication, payment collection, and insurance billing. Qualifications: Availability for full-time, in-person work Monday through Friday. Current CMA certification required (AAMA, RMA, CCMA, or NCMA). BLS certification required. 12+ years of clinical experience, preferably in outpatient psychiatry. Experience with Ketamine, TMS, or Spravato is highly preferred. Dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented. Proficient in using EHR and basic technology tools.
