The Role
As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care in a calm and supportive outpatient environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with Ketamine Infusions, TMS sessions, and Spravato treatments.
Taking vital signs and documenting patient information in the EHR.
Preparing treatment rooms and managing medical supplies.
Educating and supporting patients throughout their care journey.
Collaborating closely with providers and care coordinators.
Performing various administrative tasks such as scheduling, patient communication, and assisting with insurance billing.
What We're Looking For
We seek a compassionate and detail-oriented candidate who can commit to a full-time, in-person role, Monday through Friday. Ideal qualifications include:
Current CMA certification (AAMA, RMA, CCMA, or NCMA) and BLS certification.
1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in outpatient psychiatry.
Experience with Ketamine, TMS, or Spravato is strongly preferred.
Proficiency with EHR systems and basic technology tools.
