What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather global requirements and design OTC global business processes Partner with Subject Matter Experts to ensure comprehensive understanding and completion of process requirements Participate in system integration and user acceptance testing for the OTC solution Design, build, and deliver OTC end-user training and engagement materials to facilitate successful adoption Support the implementation of global OTC business processes during the manufacturing phase What is Required (Qualifications):
Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process, including Customer Master Data, Order Management, and Accounts Receivable Strong systems understanding and awareness of OTC process interactions with other functions Ability to work effectively with a remote team in a global environment Strong results-orientation with a focus on delivering value to the business and customers Comfort in multitasking and managing fluctuating priorities How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
