Central to Belden’s strategic plan is the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, which will replace multiple global ERP systems. This multi-year project will establish common global business processes, enable real-time data and reporting, and improve the customer engagement experience globally. Job Summary

As an Order-to-Cash (OTC) Business Team Member, you will support the design and implementation of global OTC business processes, system testing, data readiness, end-user documentation, training, and adoption, primarily during the manufacturing phase. You will report to the OTC Workstream Lead and help pave the way for Belden’s future through the SAP S/4HANA implementation. Responsibilities

Collaborate with a cross-functional team of functional and technical experts to gather global requirements, design OTC global business processes, and support testing and deployment of SAP S/4HANA. Partner with Subject Matter Experts to ensure process requirements (order management, pricing, credit management, billing, collections) are understood and the global OTC design is complete. Participate in system integration and user acceptance testing to ensure the OTC solution meets Belden’s needs and is fully operational. Own the design, build, and delivery of OTC end-user training and engagement materials to enable successful adoption across Belden’s global teams. Qualifications / You Will Bring

Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process, including Customer Master Data, Order Management, Pricing, Credit & Collections, Billing & Invoicing, and Accounts Receivable. Strong systems understanding of how OTC interacts with Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics. Ability to work with a remote team in a global environment, navigating time zones and cultural differences. Ability to multitask and manage fluctuating priorities with a results-oriented mindset. Adaptability and openness to new approaches while navigating change. Experience with SAP implementation or process design is preferred but not required. Experience leading training and change management for ERP implementations is strongly preferred. Compensation and Benefits

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $74,600 - $112,000 plus benefits and additional incentives. Final pay depends on the level of the role, applicable circumstances, experience, qualifications, and location.
