Description
Position Summary The IT Integration Manager will oversee and manage all IT-related activities required to support the successful integration of new acquisitions into RESA Power's technical environment. This includes providing hands-on technical leadership, coordinating across internal departments, managing external vendors, and ensuring infrastructure, systems, and user onboarding processes are delivered on time and aligned with enterprise standards. This role is responsible for leading a dedicated integration team consisting of both direct hire and contract employees. The IT Integration Manager will be both a working leader and a tactical manager—guiding team execution, removing roadblocks, and establishing repeatable processes that ensure the timely and efficient integration of acquisitions. This role is responsible for being the face of IT for all new acquisitions. Responsibilities Team Supervision and Leadership Provide day-to-day supervision, work prioritization, and task delegation for the integration team. Serve as the escalation point for issues encountered during acquisition onboarding and infrastructure cutovers. Conduct performance check-ins, provide coaching and feedback to team members, and elevate concerns to the CIO when appropriate. Acquisition Integration Management Own the end-to-end technical integration lifecycle for new acquisitions. Define repeatable project plans, runbooks, and SOPs to streamline integration efforts. Coordinate with other IT leaders (Infrastructure, Security, Applications, and Help Desk) and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution. Project and Timeline Execution Manage integration project timelines, task dependencies, and milestones. Ensure all infrastructure, connectivity, account provisioning, email migrations, endpoint replacements, and application cutovers are completed as scheduled. Track team productivity and elevate delays or blockers proactively to the CIO. Vendor and MSP Coordination Leverage Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and external vendors to scale integration work effectively. Ensure MSPs are properly briefed, onboarded, and delivering against expectations for integration-specific scopes. Documentation and Standards Maintain and enforce integration templates, SOPs, and tracking tools. Document lessons learned and apply continuous improvement practices across all integration workstreams. Collaboration and Communication Serve as the primary IT point of contact for Acquisition Project Managers. Communicate clearly with executive stakeholders on project progress, risks, and resource needs. Participate in monthly strategy and integration readiness meetings. Other Duties as Assigned Assist the CIO with special projects related to IT operations, M&A roadmap planning, and vendor evaluations. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field—or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years in IT infrastructure or systems administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity. Proven experience managing or participating in IT acquisition integrations. Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, networking, and user onboarding processes. Familiarity with Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Exchange Online, Intune, etc.). Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive results in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with and managing MSPs and third-party vendors. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with tight deadlines. Travel: Up to 30% Location: Houston,TX Relocation: No relocation for this role.
