The Chief Accountant is responsible for oversight of all accounting processes at the hotel. Strong knowledge of accounts payable processing, accounts receivable, group billing, and account reconciliations. This person will also supervise other hotel accounting staff and shared services processes. Position will work with internal and external customers and associates.
Responsibilities Lead month-end closing and posting all required journal entries
Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, and financial accounting system use (Oracle and Opera Cloud Preferred)
Min. two years of accounting experience
