Mission Staffing is an executive search firm focused on the permanent and temporary specialized staffing needs within the alternative asset management industry, with capabilities spanning across the Front Office, Operations, HR, Office Support, Accounting & Finance functions. Our Team is expanding on all fronts!

We are currently looking to make two strategic hires within our Front Office practice: 1. Investment team Practice. 2 Investor Relations / Business Development Practice

Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing and Management: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including networking, headhunting, and leveraging digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Cold Calling, Job Boards, etc.).
• Screen and evaluate executive candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational culture.
• Manage the candidate lifecycle, from initial engagement to placement and onboarding support.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor insights, and talent availability.
• Provide clients with insights into salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and talent pool dynamics.

• Search Execution: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality delivery for clients.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and candidates, providing regular updates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding strategies for successful placements.

• Relationship Management: Develop and nurture a robust network of executive-level candidates.
• Stay engaged with placed executives to ensure long-term success and foster future collaboration.
• Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Credit and Asset Management

Qualifications

• 1-6 Years of Recruitment or Financial Services Experience
• In-Office Policy: 4x a Week in NYC
