Position Overview: We're seeking an ambitious Finance & Accountancy Recruiter to join our New York team, managing the complete recruitment process from business development to placement. This full-desk role offers exceptional earning potential in one of the world's premier financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Management: Source, interview, and qualify high-caliber finance professionals across all levels
• Build extensive network of candidates in accounting, financial analysis, investment banking, and finance leadership roles
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide career advisory services
• Manage candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding
• Maintain detailed candidate database and relationship mapping

Requirements:

• 2-3 years agency recruitment experience (professional services sector strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of sourcing high caliber candidates
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with strong business acumen and hunter mentality
