Overview
We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team and help us attract, screen, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a good understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
Base pay
Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates using online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms).
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Represent the company professionally to all candidates and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with AI recruitment like hiregpt.co
- 2+ years of proven recruitment experience.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.
