Little Caesars is a company where our colleagues make an impact.**Your Mission**The Lead Corporate Recruiter is responsible for providing high quality, full lifecycle recruiting services utilizing a blend of cutting - edge recruiting techniques to identify, attract and hire quality professional and executive level candidates to drive the company’s strategic plan, as well as lead one or more colleagues in a supervisory capacity. Guides executives, hiring managers, and candidates through the selection process. Builds and maintains excellent relationships with executives, hiring managers, candidates, recruiting sources and the community at large to accomplish hiring initiatives. Acts in an internal consulting role to ensure job descriptions accurately represent department or business unit needs. This position will operate independently and use judgment and discretion.**How You'll Make an Impact*** Plan and execute the selection process to achieve the hiring goals outlined in the strategic plan, including developing Recruiting Plans and sources for qualified candidates, selection processes, testing or assessments and appropriate reference and background checks.* Provides support and guidance to junior and newer talent acquisition team members.* Supervises one or more talent acquisition colleagues.* Provides training and mentoring to new talent acquisition colleagues.* Act as an internal consultant to business units to assist with assessing business unit staffing needs, identify job responsibilities, qualifications, and skills for needed positions.* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with company leaders, vendors, community organizations, professional organizations, and colleagues to create a partnership that yields success and builds credibility.* Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source top talent.* Develop Recruiting Plans for positions as necessary.* Screen and evaluate applicants, schedule, and conduct interviews, administer assessments as required, check references and backgrounds.* Research and utilize a wide variety of tools such as ATS, job board postings, database mining, search engines, referrals, networking sites, lead generation tactics, etc. to fill open positions and to develop a pool of quality, diverse talent. Maintains regular contact with quality talent prospects.* Work with Corporate Communications to ensure that job advertising in all medium support the brand and present a professional appearance, including organization job website.* Coordinate selection process for qualified candidates, including all travel arrangements.* Work with HR director, hiring managers and Ilitch Holdings Compensation department to negotiate, construct, and deliver offers of employment. Coordinate any necessary relocation benefit offerings.* Collaborate with business units and Ilitch Holdings Compensation department to analyze and write job analyses and job descriptions.* Maintain staffing reports and the development and maintenance of other reporting tools as assigned.* Make recommendations to continuously improve the function including processes, policies, and forms.* Assist with other human resource functions related to recruiting such as exit interviews, colleague relations and corporate events.* Assist with other activities as requested.**Who You Are*** Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, human resources, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.* Minimum of 4-5+ years’ experience with full life cycle recruiting in a corporate or agency environment including creation of job descriptions, staffing requisitions, sourcing, networking, compensation, relationship management and negotiation skills.* 1-2+ years' experience managing a team or mentoring others strongly preferred* Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate internal and external networking relationships.* Evidence of success in a variety of recruiting initiatives including cold-call sourcing, internet recruiting, job fairs, college/alumni networking, professional organizations, etc.* Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and project management skills.* The ability to multi-task and prioritize with strong attention to detail.* Working knowledge of local, state, and federal labor/EEO laws.* Demonstrated computer proficiency (Internet, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, etc.)* Ability to travel (local, out of state and overnight) as required and adhere to the company travel policy guidelines.* Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification preferred.**Where You’ll Work:*** This role will offer a combination of remote and in-office experience in our state-of-the-art building with a modern-day, open environment in the heart of The District Detroit.* A colleague fitness center, work café, an outdoor patio with grills and over 60 meeting spaces to collaborate.***All items listed above are illustrative and not comprehensive.
