Overview
Retail Sales Consultant – Full Time (San Francisco, CA). This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is located at the posted location. No relocation is offered.
Responsibilities
- On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options to meet their needs.
- Be part of the community through events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment; stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.
- Leverage prior retail or customer-facing sales experience; if you have no sales background, receive tools, training, and coaching to meet and exceed goals.
Compensation and Schedule
Retail Sales Consultant earns between $21.43 - $24.95 per hour plus up to $6,850 in commissions if sales goals are met. Part-time (20-24 hours/week) positions average $30,725 per year in total compensation. Starting salary may vary by geography, experience, and training.
