• Oversee vendors, supply chain, and material requirements.
• Track budgets, schedules, and ensure safety compliance.
• Drive performance reporting and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering (or related).
• 10+ years of manufacturing management experience.
• Expertise in electronics, panel construction, and assembly.
• Strong ERP and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• U.S. work experience required; relocation to Houston if needed.
