Overview We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team and help us attract, screen, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a good understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
Base pay Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Source candidates using online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms).
Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Represent the company professionally to all candidates and stakeholders.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Familiarity with AI recruitment like hiregpt.co
2+ years of proven recruitment experience.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.
