Overview As a professional Recruiter, you’ll be at the heart of connecting top talent with the right opportunities. You will take the lead in sourcing, screening, scheduling, and hiring candidates - building high-performing teams while ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Your expertise will directly shape our success by bringing in the right people for the right roles.
Responsibilities Source candidates
Screen resumes and applications
Prescreen candidates
Coordinate interviews
Own the candidate experience
Ensure compliance
Pre-employment testing
Maintain recruitment metrics
Promote the Build-A-Bear brand
Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies
Support all phases of the recruitment strategy and process
Negotiate job offers
Identify internal candidates
Participate in job fairs and hiring events that are aligned with staffing needs
Manages ATS; ensures all open positions are posted and follows up in closing when a candidate is hired
Required Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience
Comfortable using an ATS, social media platforms, CRM systems, skills and assessment platforms, communication tools, mobile recruiting apps, etc.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
Previous experience in a retail organization
