Leawood, Kansas based, 20 year old company is adding a 3rd person to our accounting department to assist with QuickBooks Enterprise. This is a full time, M-F position in office with Monday and Friday working remotely.
If you are an inward thinking, deductive reasoning person who enjoys working in a stable environment performing accurate work, we'd like to visit!
Duties include reconciliations, invoicing and Accounts Receivable. Because we are very transaction heavy, the work is somewhat repetitive but will generate change from time to time.

Qualifications
- Experience with Excel, QuickBooks and other accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, FreshBooks, netsuite)
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience mandatory
- Knowledge of computer processes mandatory
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
