Administrative Secretary/Coordination Officer Full-time

This role involves providing clerical, secretarial, and administrative support to the Nursing management team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Support multiple executive leadership members.
Coordinate conferences, travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments.
Order, organize, and maintain office supplies.
Complete tasks assigned by senior leaders and divisional nursing leadership.
Type correspondence as needed.
Attend department meetings and record/distribute minutes.
Answer and screen calls, refer as appropriate, and take messages.
Create and revise departmental memos, reports, policies, and documents.
Manage departmental calendar and appointments.
Organize and maintain administrative files.
Follow up on assigned projects.
Perform other related tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or Equivalency required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of secretarial/administrative experience; hospital experience preferred.
Strong research skills preferred.
Experience with auditing paperwork for accuracy.
Proficiency in office skills, medical terminology, typing, and filing.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work independently.
Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
Customer service and interpersonal skills; adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality; creative and innovative.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
