Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Job Description: Retail Territory Sales Manager - Atlanta Req Id: 11759 Job Location: Home Office - Atlanta Posting Start Date: 7/28/25 Work Environment: Remote Job Purpose Working within a team, to create and support incremental sales growth and product placement with builders and contractors, aligning the channel on our 2 (Siding and VAOSB) specialty product lines to meet the growth objectives of the territory. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth and demand for LP Specialty building products at the builder/contractor and dealer level, with an average annual territory budget of $10M. Engage with owners, General Contractors, Builders, framing contractors, sales managers, and building code officials. Prospect for new customers, negotiate complex sales, and execute Market Development strategies to exceed $1M in annual revenue growth. Collaborate with LP’s National Account Managers, District Sales Managers, and Channel Managers to achieve sales targets. Provide installation expertise and warranty information to builders and dealers. Increase LP product placement with top builders in major MSAs within the territory. Establish relationships with top installation contractors and building inspectors in specific markets/regions. Qualifications for Success Strong knowledge of local building codes, practices, and market intelligence. Deep understanding of building science. Excellent relationships with regional and local builders. Strong written, oral, and presentation skills. Ability to demonstrate and teach real-world product applications to tradespeople. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Experience with multiple supply chain channels. Thorough knowledge of LP Specialty Products, their uses, and installation. Team-oriented with results-driven mindset. Education Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. Work Environment Home office with frequent (50%) overnight travel to visit builders, contractors, and suppliers.
