Overview We're seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong Windchill experience to support a high-priority initiative transitioning Bill of Materials (BOM) data from Excel into Windchill. This role is critical to aligning stakeholders, finalizing requirements, and ensuring a successful Q1 go-live. This is 100% remote. Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and align on MVP scope and requirements. Analyze existing BOM data and support migration into Windchill Version 13. Build and manage add/delete/replace part lists in Windchill. Facilitate workshops and discussions to resolve conflicting opinions and drive consensus. Escalate issues effectively when alignment stalls. Apply Windchill best practices for part mastering, CAD integration, and BOM management. Support phased release strategy and post-go-live planning. Key Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Windchill environments. Strong understanding of BOM structures, part mastering, and CAD integration. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work through user stories and requirements with clarity and precision. Skilled in navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across diverse teams. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
