Position Overview Join our dynamic platform support team as an Associate Director, ISC Integrator, where you'll drive the execution of MDS ISC strategies that directly support our platform's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ISC activities on platform teams, connecting with sustaining and change-to-win initiatives, supply chain operations, and manufacturing facilities.
Develop comprehensive project plans supporting ISC strategies including network optimization, cost-reduction initiatives, product sustaining, capacity expansion, and capital investments.
Formulate operations plans aligned with the platform's ISC strategic objectives, providing thorough analysis and recommendations.
Coordinate across functions to gather platform inputs with focus on business capacity needs, demand forecasting, procurement partnerships, manufacturing capacity, and supply chain optimization.
Work closely with site leaders to achieve excellence in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and talent development.
Address critical operations issues impacting cost, quality, supply, revenue, asset utilization, and strategic outcomes.
Serve as a global advocate for manufacturing sites, working across multiple facilities worldwide.
Support the Change to Win process by driving site execution and delivering platform cost savings.
Facilitate business and plant teams in achieving 3‑year CTW plans while ensuring plant budgets align with these critical initiatives.
Develop and initiate CB‑2 capital requests for capacity expansions and new product manufacturing.
Collaborate with plants, R&D, finance, supply planners, marketing, and platform leaders to secure capital expenditure approvals with robust financial justification.
Maintain strong communication channels with ISC VPs and collaborate with plant managers, GIE, R&D, and other partners.
Provide leadership to ensure plant priorities are approved, resourced, and implemented effectively.
Coordinate with marketing, R&D, Regulatory, QA and other departments to align plant programs with market needs.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
7 years manufacturing and project management experience / leadership experience as Plant Manager, Production Manager, Engineering Manager, or Program Manager for large projects.
Flexible and able to travel – expected travel up to 50 %.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree.
Skills
Operational excellence, quality, regulatory, business insight, and finance advanced knowledge in cost accounting and capital management.
Knowledgeable in ERPs and production systems environment.
Working with highly matrixed organization / organizational savvy/dealing with ambiguity.
