Position Overview Proven Winners is seeking a visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to define and execute its technology transformation during a critical phase of growth and integration. As a key member of the executive leadership team reporting directly to the CEO, the CIO will modernize the IT landscape, consolidate ERP systems, rationalize multiple e-commerce platforms and strengthen the infrastructure and cybersecurity.
In parallel, this executive will build and lead a unified enterprise data strategy and team, enabling advanced reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making to support the Company’s next chapter of consumer, retail, and e-commerce expansion. The CIO will also play a critical role in technology due diligence, system integration, and post-acquisition alignment to ensure seamless M&A execution.
Partnering closely with commercial, operational, and marketing leaders, the CIO will align technology investments with business priorities, driving scalability, operational efficiency, and digital innovation.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in ERP integrations, consumer brands, and both B2B and B2C e-commerce, combined with the ability to be both strategic and hands-on—unifying diverse technology environments, enabling scalability, and delivering technology-enabled profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a comprehensive IT and digital roadmap aligned with the Company’s growth strategy and operational priorities.
Lead the consolidation of fragmented ERP systems into a unified, scalable enterprise platform.
Rationalize multiple B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms, creating streamlined, consumer-friendly solutions while reducing technical debt.
Drive integration across ERP, CRM, and e-commerce to support seamless order management, customer engagement, and fulfillment.
Advance a unified enterprise data and business intelligence strategy, enabling accurate reporting, advanced analytics, and actionable insights.
Strengthen cybersecurity posture through centralized governance, identity management, monitoring, and incident response planning.
Support e-commerce growth initiatives, including direct-to-consumers platforms and omnichannel programs such as “Endless Aisle”, in partnership with retail and consumer marketing teams.
Enable scalability and operational efficiency through cloud infrastructure, SaaS adoption, and process automation.
Drive savings and profitability by aligning technology with process optimization and digital enablement across the enterprise.
Partner with the executive team and Board to prioritize investments, measure ROI, and ensure IT initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
Lead technology due diligence, system integration, and rationalization in support of M&A activity, ensuring seamless post-acquisition technology alignment.
Build and mentor a high-performing IT organization, fostering strong governance, project prioritization, and vendor partnerships.
Serve as an executive voice for digital transformation, representing technology strategy with internal stakeholders, external partners, and investors.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
Proven track record in ERP integrations and consolidations across complex organizations.
Demonstrated success leading technology strategy in post-M&A environments, including due diligence, integration, and change management.
Deep experience with consumer brand technology, including B2B and B2C e-commerce (Shopify, Salesforce, WooCommerce, etc.).
Expertise in data strategy, BI platforms, and analytics to support commercial decision-making.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, and implementing cybersecurity programs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
