Personal Assistant Position
Pepper's Personal Assistants is a fast‑growing executive services organization that launched in 2012. We help executives, business owners, and busy professionals manage meal planning, household tasks, errands, and projects so they can focus on their families, careers, and other activities they love.
Job Summary We are hiring a personal assistant for a busy couple in Kirkland. The ideal candidate has experience owning a home and understands how to keep a household running smoothly. Regular tasks include researching and scheduling vendors, meal prep, pet care, organization, and laundry. We look for a friendly, self‑motivated person with strong attention to detail who can collaborate with our clients and take initiative.
Hours of Work 15 hours a week: Mondays 12 pm‑5:30 pm, Wednesdays 12 pm‑5:30 pm, Fridays 10 am‑2 pm.
Compensation $28‑31 hr, based on experience.
Location Kirkland, WA. On‑site. Candidates must live in the Seattle area.
Start Date ASAP.
Role Description
Assist with special projects, vendors, and household management.
Chores including laundry, dishes, and tidying.
Meal prep such as chopping vegetables and preparing snacks.
Set up home organization systems and arrange donation drop‑offs.
Run errands, including picking up groceries, returns, dry cleaning, etc.
Provide pet care for a small puppy—walks, feeding, and snuggles.
Maintain and follow a detailed home‑maintenance guide, scheduling appointments for gutter cleaning, HVAC service, sprinkler blowouts, etc.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle for client errands.
Comfortable around dogs.
