Job Summary We are looking for a Personal Assistant for a busy family in Redmond. Our clients are seeking a friendly, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant to help ensure the smooth daily operations of their home. The ideal candidate is independent, tech‑savvy, attentive to client preferences, and has excellent time‑management skills. They take pride in anticipating needs, juggling multiple responsibilities, and communicating clearly. A love for meal planning and cooking, along with a talent for handling day‑to‑day details a that make a big difference, is essential.
Hours & Compensation
Hours: 15 hours per week (Monday 8:30am‑1:30pm, Wednesday 8am‑12pm, Thursday 8:30am‑2:30pm)
Pay: $28–$31 per hour, based on experience
Location & Start Date Redmond, WA (on‑site). Candidates must live in the greater Seattle area. Start date: ASAP.
Role Description
Meal planning and cooking.
Performing household tasks such as laundry, dishes, and general tidying.
Implementing home organization solutions.
Managing errands such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, processing returns, and more.
Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
Scheduling and managing special home projects and maintenance.
Providing pet care for their sweet Lab.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Comfortable around large dogs.
