We are looking for a highly strategic thinker with strong technical acumen and a passion for big data, inter‑connected systems, and automation. The Data Strategy & Operations Senior Manager will play a critical role in shaping the Customer Success data strategy and fueling our transformation toward an automated, scalable motion. This individual will partner across Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Enterprise Applications to operationalize the customer data and product telemetry pipeline that powers strategic initiatives such as Customer 360, Digital CS campaigns, Product Health Diagnostics, AI‑driven insights, Power BI dashboards, and churn prediction models. Responsibilities

Define and evolve the comprehensive data strategy that powers Customer Success automation and scale. Create a data maturity model and roadmap by initiative and product area. Connect account‑level and product‑level data points to drive insights for our customer‑facing teams, power digital campaigns and trigger automated risk playbooks. Act as the CS subject‑matter expert for customer data and telemetry, advising leadership on opportunities to leverage data for scale. Program‑manage the cross‑functional data pipeline program, ensuring business requirements are captured, prioritized, and delivered. Partner with CS subject‑matter experts to define data requirements and business logic for initiatives like Customer 360, Digital CS, and Product Health Diagnostics. Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and BI teams to ensure CS needs are prioritized and built into the roadmap. Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams across initiatives and product areas, ensuring milestones are delivered on time. Work with Engineering and BI to ensure customer telemetry data is ingested, transformed, and activated in the data warehouse, Power BI dashboards, and CRM/CS system (Salesforce, Totango). Ensure that outputs meet the needs of downstream initiatives (e.g., campaigns, early warning signals, success plays). Partner with technical resources to provide guidance on advanced SQL/Python work and ensure solutions align with CS objectives. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in data strategy, business operations, or data program management roles. 7+ years of experience within SaaS, with exposure to Customer Success, Product, or Services Operations. Strong understanding of customer telemetry data, data pipelines, and business intelligence use cases. Proven track record in program management, leading multi‑stakeholder initiatives from design through delivery. Familiarity with SQL and Python preferred; ability to partner effectively with technical experts to deliver outcomes. Experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau) and CRM/CS tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, Totango). Ability to thrive in a high‑growth, fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data topics into clear business insights. Benefits

SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area: $161,625 – $237,050. California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington D.C. Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska: $132,225 – $193,930. All other cities and states: $120,525 – $176,770. Culture
