Overview
Manager, Sponsorship Consulting
– A dynamic role at
MKTG S+E , a global agency that harnesses the power of sports and entertainment for brands. Located in Charlotte, NC, this hybrid role reports to the VP of Sponsorship Consulting.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with a team of professionals and inspire best‑in‑class work.
Develop client solutions, present to internal and external client team members, and establish trusted relationships.
Work with sanctioning bodies and right‑sharers to develop outstanding marketing partnerships.
Write and develop important documents (POV, client‑ready status) using Microsoft Office.
Support negotiations with local and national right‑sharers on behalf of clients.
Play an active role in agency new business activities, including brainstorming, presentation writing and delivery.
Attend tentpole events and select meeting travel as required.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of directly related experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working within the NFL landscape.
BA/BS in marketing or a related field.
In‑depth knowledge of and ability to navigate the NFL ecosystem.
Experience working with athletes and influencers.
Manage, collaborate, and support team members from different offices around the country.
Experience with the broader sponsorship landscape (NBA, NFL, MLB, NCAA, F1) is helpful.
Knowledge of and experience with the full marketing mix, social media, content marketing, influencer approaches, and marketing promotions.
Internal drive to bring client and organizational value, even in fluid or undefined environments.
Generate creative solutions to business and marketing challenges facing clients.

Compensation Annual salary range: $59,000–$96,025, based on relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. This position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
