The Opportunity I’m looking for a
Principal Product Manager – Data & Analytics
to lead the next evolution of my clients AI-powered workflow and insights strategy.
You’ll shape how
AI assistants, agentic automation, and human expertise
combine to transform customer workflows — from data archiving and eDiscovery to real-time insight generation and decisioning.

What You’ll Do
Define the vision:
Craft and execute a strategy for AI-augmented workflows and analytics use cases that expand our platform and create measurable customer impact.
Deliver insight at scale:
Build intelligent systems that surface meaningful insights, automate investigations, and drive faster business actions.
Own the roadmap:
Conduct research, write PRDs, manage prioritization, and align with engineering to ship value continuously.
Drive monetization & differentiation:
Develop commercialization models that balance innovation, governance, and sustainable growth.
Collaborate across the business:
Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to build compelling go-to-market strategies and adoption plans.
Enable data excellence:
Ensure our platform’s data capabilities scale securely and intelligently through automation and AI.
What You Bring
8+ years
in product management for data-driven SaaS, analytics, or workflow automation products.
Proven experience with
Archive and eDiscovery
or similar data-governance use cases.
Hands-on experience building or launching
conversational tools, chatbots, or AI assistants .
Technical fluency in
AI, GenAI, and agentic automation , with a strong sense for where these technologies add genuine value.
A strategic, customer-obsessed mindset — balancing vision with execution.
Experience collaborating across R&D, Legal, Finance, and GTM teams.
Skilled with modern PM and design tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma.
Passion for quality, measurable impact, and continuous learning.
Nice-to-have:
Familiarity with
financial-services compliance, communications surveillance , or
FinTech
environments.
Experience with
AWS ,
data security , or
consumption-based metering/billing .
Work anywhere in the U.S.
– remote or hybrid flexibility.
