About the Role

We are seeking a

Principal Product Manager

to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-driven workflow and analytics capabilities. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of intelligent, automated solutions that enhance operational efficiency and surface actionable insights across customer workflows.

You will work at the intersection of

data, AI, and product innovation , driving use cases where AI assistants, agents, and human experts collaborate to accelerate insight generation and decision‑making—particularly within data archiving, compliance, and eDiscovery domains.

This role reports to the

VP of Product

and involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Vision:

Define and drive a product strategy that delivers AI‑augmented workflows and analytics capabilities across data platforms, enabling new business opportunities and value for customers.

Product Development:

Lead market research, craft PRDs and business cases, manage product roadmaps, and prioritize initiatives in collaboration with engineering teams.

Monetization & Governance:

Develop monetization strategies for new AI and data capabilities, ensuring appropriate safeguards, governance, and differentiation to drive innovation while managing cost efficiency.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to build and execute joint go‑to‑market strategies that ensure adoption and customer success.

Execution & Delivery:

Translate high‑level strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, ensuring alignment with development and business priorities.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in

product management , with a strong focus on

data‑driven products, workflow automation, and monetization strategies .

Proven expertise in

Archive and eDiscovery

or similar data‑intensive use cases.

Experience building

conversational AI tools, chatbots, or AI‑assisted workflows .

Technical fluency in

AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI

concepts, including their practical limitations.

Strong customer‑centric mindset with the ability to translate needs into measurable product outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across

R&D, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Sales

functions.

Proficiency with modern product and design tools such as

Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma .

Growth‑oriented mindset and a high bar for quality and innovation.

Ability to lead and influence distributed teams across multiple time zones.

This role is

US‑based

and offers flexibility for

remote or hybrid work .

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of

communications surveillance, compliance, or risk management

within the financial services sector, ideally gained in a

FinTech, consultancy, compliance technology vendor, or financial institution .

Familiarity with

AWS , cloud security, and

consumption‑based metering and billing

models.
