This position is contingent upon successful contract proposal submission and award.

We are seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to join our team as an Undersea Warfare (USW) Exercise Planner.
Responsibilities
Participate in planning conferences supporting naval Undersea Warfare (USW) exercises
Assist in drafting Test Plans / OPORDs, Data Collection Plans, and Analysis Plans based on inputs generated during planning conferences
Support ships’ company during exercises by clarifying and helping execute plans, and ensuring collection of pertinent data to support exercise reconstruction and analysis
Communicate exercise results in oral and written formats to representatives of naval commands, engineering laboratories, and program offices
Apply knowledge of experiment design and construction to assist in the design of exercise events
Provide insight during ad hoc workshops and conferences to inform operational planning and analysis
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of combined U.S. Navy experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in planning naval USW exercises
Proven capability to prepare technically accurate reports and correspondence
Strong analytical problem‑solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
U.S. Citizen
Desired Qualifications
Familiarity with Navy operational planning processes, documentation standards, and reporting requirements
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across naval commands and program offices
Demonstrated ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences
Clearance
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
