Total Compensation
Salary Range: $85,000 to $90,000
Monthly Performance Bonuses: up to $1,000 per month, up to $12,000 per year
Sign On Bonus: up to $10,000
CEUs: 12 CEUs per year + Annual CEU Stipend + CASP Membership
Relocation Packages available
Work-Life Balance
Work from Home Days: 3 work-from-home admin days per month
Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours
Manageable Caseloads: average of 7 clients
27 days off: holidays, PTO, CEU days, flex holidays
Responsibilities In this role, you’ll oversee clinical services across clinic, home, and community settings and provide guidance to RBTs and junior BCBAs. You’ll ensure treatment plans meet client goals while fostering continuous learning and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ABA services to enhance clients’ cognitive, social, and self-help skills
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs and junior BCBAs
Ensure compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements
Collaborate with caregivers and service providers for holistic care
Support staff development through feedback and training
Assist in clinic oversight and program development

Required Skills & Position Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent
Maintain Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
Current certification or eligibility to hold LBA certificationSupervisor status under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Experience managing caseloads and overseeing RBTs and junior BCBAs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for helping children achieve full potential in diverse environments
Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic work environment
Ability to commute to Harlingen, TX; relocation assistance available
