Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Join BrightPath Behavior as a Senior BCBA to lead ABA services, expand reach, and contribute to a supportive, innovative team.
Compensation & Benefits Total Compensation Package
$85,000 – $112,000 annually. Competitive base salary with performance bonuses and up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus.
Base Salary: $85,000 – $90,000
Monthly Performance Bonus: up to $1,000 per month ($12,000 annually)
Sign On Bonus: up to $10,000
Professional Development: 12 CEUs/year + stipend, CASP membership
Relocation assistance available
Remote flexibility: 3 work‑from‑home admin days/month
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
Average caseload: 7 clients
Paid time off: 27 days, including holidays, PTO, CEU days, flex holidays
Responsibilities
Oversee clinical services across clinic, home, and community settings.
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
Supervise and mentor RBTs and junior BCBAs.
Ensure compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements.
Collaborate with caregivers and service providers for holistic care.
Support staff development through feedback and training.
Assist in clinic oversight and program development.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years (preferred 5) as BCBA with board certification in good standing.
Current BCBA certification; eligibility for LBA certification.
Supervisor status under BACB.
Experience managing caseloads and supervising RBTs and junior BCBAs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for helping children achieve full potential in diverse environments.
Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Relocation willingness; reliable commute to CITY, STATE, ZIP.
