Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)-$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
BrightPath Behavior is seeking a Senior BCBA to lead our ABA services, expand our reach, and contribute to a culture of innovation and high standards of care.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary: $85,000 to $90,000 per year
Monthly performance bonuses: up to $1,000 per month, up to $12,000 per year
Sign‑on bonus: up to $10,000
Continuing education: 12 CEUs per year plus annual stipend and CASP membership
Relocation package available
Work‑from‑home days: 3 days per month
Schedule: Monday‑Friday daytime hours
Caseload: average of 7 clients
Annual time off: 27 days, including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex holidays
Responsibilities
Lead ABA services across clinic, home, and community settings
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs and junior BCBAs
Ensure compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements
Collaborate with caregivers and service providers for holistic care
Support staff development through feedback and training
Assist in clinic oversight and program development
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years (preferred 5 years) of BCBA experience
Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing
Current LBA certification or eligibility
Supervisor status under BACB
Experience managing caseloads and overseeing RBTs and junior BCBAs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for helping children achieve full potential
Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in dynamic work environment
Relocate to Alamo, TX or willing to relocate with employer relocation assistance
