What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as the regional technical lead for broiler health, providing on‑site troubleshooting and long‑term health plans
Design, execute, and analyze field trials and clinical studies; convert data into presentations and actionable guidance
Train and support sales teams, distributors, and customers on product use, vaccine application, and biosecurity
Monitor disease trends and treatment outcomes to inform product improvements and R&D priorities
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, universities, and industry organizations
What is Required (Qualifications)
DVM or equivalent in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Sciences, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in poultry health and production
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
Willingness to travel frequently and reside in the supported region
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master of Avian Medicine (MAM) graduate degree
Experience in Hatchery Health Specific/Health Management
Understanding of chick quality metrics, incubation biology, and disease prevention
