As the field-based Senior Account Manager for Northwest Arkansas, you will be the company's primary broiler technical expert in the region and a key bridge between customers, sales, R&D, and manufacturing. You will use your clinical and production experience to drive adoption of our Animal Health portfolio, troubleshoot complex flock health issues, design and run field trials, and translate trial results into practical recommendations, training, and technical collateral.
It is required that our Sr. Account Manager resides in the region in which they support. Relocation will be provided for candidates that are non-local.
What You’ll do:
Act as the regional technical lead for broiler health; provide on-site troubleshooting and long-term health plans.
Design, execute, and analyze field trials and clinical studies; convert data into presentations, technical bulletins, and actionable guidance.
Train and support sales teams, distributors, and customers on product use, vaccine application, and biosecurity.
Monitor disease trends, treatment outcomes, and customer feedback to inform product improvements and R&D priorities.
Manage adverse event reporting in line with company, FDA, and USDA requirements.
Support product development efforts, licensing trials, and quality control activities.
Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, universities, and industry organizations; represent the company at conferences and trade shows.
Qualifications:
DVM or equivalent in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Sciences, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience in poultry health and production
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Good leadership skills
Familiarity with hatchery systems
Able and willing to travel frequently; must live in the supported region (relocation assistance available).
Master of Avian Medicine (MAM) graduate degree (preferred)
Hatchery Health Specific/Health Management (preferred)
Understanding of chick quality metrics, incubation biology, and diseases prevention (preferred)
The salary range for this role is
$139,600.00 - $219,700.00 . The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
