Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, evaluate performance, and forecast future business conditions. Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and projections. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key business drivers and financial trends. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, providing financial expertise and insights. Collaborate with various business units to understand and analyze their financial needs and challenges. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Develop and enhance financial models and methodologies. Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, including expertise in Excel. Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams. High level of integrity and professionalism. Experience with financial software and systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines consistently. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
