CNC Programmer/ Machinist 2nd Shift Hours:
4:30pm-12:30AM Benefits:
Health, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, 401K with company match and ESOP program (employee stock options) 100% Employee owned **Must be willing to work second shift** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform CNC program set ups on various conversational and G Code machine tools. Operates various CNC and manual machine tools. Translates GD&T blueprints into manufacturing process and part requirements. Competent in high precision machining, tight tolerances with very low margin for error. Performs dimensional inspection of specimens and use of measuring equipment. Responsible for routine machine maintenance and keeping work area in neat condition. Follows all safety rules regarding machine operations and proper guarding. QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years of CNC machining experience. Proficient in conversational and/or G Code CNC programming. Cylindrical grinding experience preferred but not required. Read and interpret basic blueprints and basic measuring devices (micrometers, calipers, Height gages, indicators). The ability to quickly make coordinated hand movements to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects to operate machines properly. Physical strength sufficient to lift and carry up to 70 pounds frequently. Physical ability to continuously stand for 4 hours. Seniority level
