Product Marketing & Go to Market Analyst II - (Hybrid) Are you ready to write your next chapter? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Product Marketing & Go to Market Analyst II.

What You’ll Own

Customer Understanding: Understand our buyers, who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria.

Market Understanding: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market needs and pain points; be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.

Messaging & Positioning: Translate product features into compelling customer-facing messaging and position the product in the market that resonates with our target buyer personas.

GTM Strategy: Guide and inform the GTM strategy—channels, merchant type, partners, and timing; partner with key stakeholders to develop integrated plans that support product launches and ongoing growth.

Product Launches: Support product launch initiatives and ensure the product is ready and marketed effectively to reach potential customers.

Sales Enablement: Partner to develop sales tools and collateral; advise on training materials to empower the sales team to effectively sell the product.

Campaigns & Content: Partner with LOB Marketing and Central Marketing to develop and execute marketing campaigns; create product content (videos, blogs, presentations) and manage promotional events.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and other stakeholders to align strategies and achieve product goals.

Performance Measurement: Monitor key performance metrics and analyze data to evaluate marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Internal Tools & Collateral: Learn about and support our sales channels; assist in developing internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.

Buyer Process Documentation: Understand and document our buyer’s process, and drive changes to sales, operations, servicing, and marketing processes based on learnings.

Data-driven Recommendations: Rely on data to make recommendations and collaborate to measure product performance, campaign success, and customer feedback.

What You’ll Bring

2–4 years of product marketing experience with at least 1 year in a market-facing role.

A creative professional who balances technical aspects with design and layout to capture attention and drive understanding.

Exceptional ROI tracking skills, able to prove what is (or isn’t) working.

Comfortable speaking in front of large groups and a solid writer.

Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.

Visionary ability to balance long-term strategy with immediate market dynamics and business objectives.

Detail-oriented and thorough learning of product nuances.

Experience working across multiple teams with influence without direct authority.

Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.

Hybrid Location This position is hybrid out of Cincinnati, Atlanta, Denver, and Cincinnati, OH.

Salary The pay range for this full-time position is $79,400.00 - $129,500.00.
