Project Coordinator (Commercial Construction)
Base pay: $68,000 / yr – $80,000 / yr
Award‑winning General Contractor seeks a Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Project Manager and Superintendent, managing project documentation, billings, contract administration, and closeout.
Responsibilities
Organize project documentation and processes to enable the Project Manager to focus on customers and superintendents.
Process billings, contract administration, and complete project closeout.
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in construction administration.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Sage300) preferred.
Ability to support multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a results‑driven mindset.
