Project Coordinator (Commercial Construction)
General Contractor GPAC seeks a Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Project Manager and Superintendent, enabling project execution and closeout.
Responsibilities
Organize projects and process billings.
Handle Project Documentation, Billings, Contract Administration, and Project Team Support.
Support multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Ensure accurate record keeping and project paperwork.
Assist in billing and closeout processes.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in construction administration.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Sage300) is preferred.
Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a results‑driven mindset.
