Reporting to the company’s CEO, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing both the daily and long‑term schedules, coordinating travel, internal and external meetings, and providing other administrative support as needed.
Responsibilities
Daily management of CEO’s complex calendars and schedules
Responsible for scheduling all internal and external meetings and commitments for the executive using Microsoft Office
Serve as the point of contact between the executive and other employees and clients
Coordinate international and national travel arrangements
Code and submit monthly expense reports on behalf of the executive
Close collaboration and coordination with other members of the team
Provide backup assistance in other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience working in a fast‑paced environment at the executive level or equivalent, with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects and ever‑changing priorities
Highly organized and detail‑oriented
Possess excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of personalities
Flexible to the changing needs and responsibilities of the workplace
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent calendar management skills
Education High School Diploma and 3–5 years of work experience at the executive level or equivalent.
Hours Monday‑Friday (8:30 am‑5:30 pm) with some flexibility and access outside core hours according to business needs.
